Plus, plenty of homeware and electronic stores within walking distance if you need to run a quick errand!
With two coworking locations in the neighbourhood, Garage Wan Chai Jaffe and Garage Wan Chai Lockhart, we’ve got some insider tips to share. Here is the best of what Wan Chai has to offer, according to the Garage Team.
Best for: Good food and even better ambience. You can’t miss The Optimists’ storefront with its chic dark green decor. Prepare to spend at least an hour or two over northern Spanish grilled meats, seafood, perhaps topped off with a glass of Spanish wine. This is a restaurant best saved for an occasion!

Osteria Marzia is an Italian restaurant located inside boutique hotel The Fleming, but it’s a big step up from your standard pizza and pasta fare. Expect vibrant Italian seafood dishes for sharing - just what you need to spark some colourful conversations.

Tucked away on Ship Street, it takes a bit more of a walk to get to 22 Ships, but it’s worth it. It’s all about the tapas here, giving you the flexibility of lighter bites while you focus on the conversation. This trendy spot doesn’t take reservations, so you might want to get there early to snag a seat at their more spacious booths!

While Wooloomooloo’s drinks offerings are pretty good too, the best part about this bar is the stunning rooftop view over the Wan Chai cityscape. Plus, with happy hour between 3 - 7 pm daily, this is a great place to de-stress after long hours in front of a screen.

Not directly office related, but sometimes you just need to pick up some art supplies for your downtime hobbies. (In our case, it’s very convenient for DIY workshop supplies!) Artland has got it all from paints to craft paper. 2-minute walk from Garage Wan Chai Jaffe.

We all know and love the Wanchai Computer Centre, but if you’re at Garage Wanchai Jaffe, you could save yourself a bit of a walk by heading to the lesser-known 298 Computer Zone. It’s still got everything you need in terms of quick-fix office electronics! 4-minute walk from Garage Wanchai Jaffe.
